Flexible support project of distributed photovoltaic project of western sewage treatment plant
The distributed photovoltaic project of Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant is a distributed photovoltaic power station based on flexible scaffolds, which officially started on September 18, 2021. The project plans the space according to local conditions, making full use of the industrial wastewater treatment pool, carport, football field, roof and other 18 buildings in the upper space of the West Water plant, laying a total of 11,696 pieces of 545/450Wp high-efficiency monocrcrystalline silicon components. After the project is connected to the grid, it is expected that the average annual power generation will be 7.436 million KWH, the on-grid electricity price will be more than 0.60 yuan/KWH, the investment return rate will be more than 10%, the annual standard coal can be saved by 0.25 million tons, the carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 0.500 million tons, and the social benefits of environmental protection and energy saving are unified with the economic benefits of reducing energy costs. It has played an experimental and demonstration role in low-carbon development.
In view of the characteristics of the large span of the layout of the sewage treatment plant site, the project selected an advanced prestressed suspension cable photovoltaic support structure, which has the advantages of less land occupation and good wind resistance, and is the first time to be applied in the northeast regional sewage treatment plant, achieving the perfect integration of photovoltaic projects and water.
The distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Shenyang West Sewage Treatment Plant has realized full capacity grid-connected power generation, giving full play to the natural advantages of "photovoltaic + sewage treatment plant", and is an active exploration of reducing the electricity cost of sewage treatment plant, realizing the path of low carbon zero emission, and promoting the healthy and sustainable development of green integration.
