Liuyang Economic Development Zone North Park Reclaimed Water Plant 6.5MW Distributed Photovoltaic Power Generation Project Flexible Support Project
The photovoltaic power generation project of Beiyuan Reclaimed Water Plant, located on the bank of the Laodao River in Liuyang Economic Development Zone (High-tech Zone), is generating electricity at full capacity, adopting the mode of "self-generation and self-consumption, surplus electricity on the grid", which can provide about 6 million kWh of green and clean electricity every year. The power generated by the photovoltaic power generation project will be preferentially consumed by the North Park Reclaimed Water Plant, and the proportion of self-consumption can reach up to 90%, and the remaining small amount of electricity can also be transmitted to the nearby power grid for consumption. Liuyang Economic and Technological Development Zone North Park Reclaimed Water Plant has the characteristics of large area, open space, and large electricity demand, and has unique advantages in building photovoltaic power generation projects above it. Using an area of 50,000 square meters above the North Park Reclaimed Water Plant, the domestic advanced flexible support installation and steel structure are adopted, with a total investment of about 37 million yuan, a total power generation of about 150 million kWh, and a full life cycle of 25 years.
